The Maxwell Building is ideally located for all types of technology companies: from startups and growing businesses to inward investors and global leaders. Currently there are more than 100 businesses on the Park site, employing 1,200 people.

The park was established in 1994 and extends to approx 32.5 hectares.

Businesses benefit from 24 hour onsite security, an onsite café/coffee bar which provides corporate services, an onsite nursery and a direct interface with Scottish Enterprise who continue to own and operate the Technology Park.

The Technology Centre is located on Scottish Enterprise Technology Park (SETP), in Scotland’s largest new town, East Kilbride.

East Kilbride is located some 11 miles south east of Glasgow and is within a 50-mile radius of 80% of the country’s industry and 75% of its population. It has a population of over 75,000 and supports a diversity of national & international business organisations, many in the technology sector.

East Kilbride also boasts excellent communication links with ready access to central Scotland, via the East Kilbride Expressway to the M74 motorway and via the Glasgow Southern Orbital Route to the M77 and onwards to the M8.

Public transport is provided by way of regular bus services, with a bus stop adjacent to the park entrance and at South Lanarkshire College located on SETP. Furthermore East Kilbride Bus Station is within half a mile and East Kilbride Train Station is 1.1 miles from the park on a bus route.

The immediate vicinity is home to a number of corporate well established occupiers including South Lanarkshire College.
